They offer a wide range of both fixed and capped rate products with rates from just 3.99% (6.0% APR variable) for a one year fixed rate up to 95% loan to value.
They also offer a 5 year flexible base rate tracker with discount up to 95% LTV.
At the same time that you apply for a flexible fixed or capped rate product they will consider arranging a fully flexible unsecured cash reserve to take your total borrowing up to 100% of the lower of either the value or purchase price of the property, subject to a maximum unsecured credit facility of £10,000 and a minimum of £1,000.
