Bristol-west.co.uk have teamed up with LMS who manage a network of 350 local firms covering the UK, to offer free legal services for remortgagers on certain products. Bristol & West and LMS have carefully selected 5 of these firms, all who specialise in domestic conveyancing for fixed fees, to agreed service levels.
If you take one of their qualifying products Bristol-west.co.uk will instruct the solicitor upon receipt of your application.
If you choose to use your own solicitor, you will be responsible for payment of all legal fees.
Complete a mortgage application and return it, indicating that you would like us to instruct LMS on your behalf to work on the legal side of your mortgage. As long as your mortgage transaction is completed, Bristol & West will pay for the legal work carried out. Please note that there may be other associated costs for you to pay.
The Free Legals for Remortgagers package is only available for properties located in England and Wales.
